Parkinson’s Self-Management Program
A 12-week, twice-weekly program for caregivers and individuals diagnosed with mid-stage Parkinson’s, including caregiver support, exercise, group discussion sessions, and multi-disciplinary therapy. The program, run by the Community Assessment and Treatment Team, also includes group intervention, individual therapy, couples therapy if indicated, and family involvement.
Fee:
The program is OHIP covered, but the exercise booklet costs $25.
