Program for Arthritis Control through Education and Exercise -- PACE-Ex

This 10-week, twice-weekly program, is designed for adults with a medical diagnosis of arthritis, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or fibromyalgia. Clients learn to take control of many of the symptoms of arthritis through their participation in this program which involves education, problem-solving, goal-setting, and therapeutic exercise in a warm-water pool. Care partners are welcome to attend.

Fee:
$100 program fee. Care partners attend at no extra cost. Private health insurance plans may cover this cost.
