About This Session
Discover the link between our brains, our habits and our ability to achieve better brain health. Learn what micro-habits are, how long it takes to form a new habit and how to change your mindset to form new habits. We’ll explore the neuroscience of making up your mind (i.e., the parts of our brain that help us make decisions), learn about meditation techniques and discover the profound effects of visualization on neuroplasticity and changing the brain.
Important: This is a three-part series where participants may attend one or more sessions (depending on preference and availability).
