Baycrest’s Patient, Family and Consumer Education (PFCE) program is proud to introduce our new learning hub, Academy for Better Living – an innovative platform designed to empower all older adults with essential information and skills to promote their well-being. Through the Academy for Better Living, participants may choose from various free educational workshops to foster their knowledge and participate in meaningful discussions. Connect with people who share your interests, attend events and access learning resources that can improve your own aging process.

Whether you're an older adult, a caregiver or someone looking to further your understanding of aging and brain health, our free, interactive and user-friendly workshops are thoughtfully curated to address the unique challenges of aging, caregiving and healthcare and help you achieve better living. Details and Registration
All workshops are free to join and take place virtually on Zoom. Some workshops offer multiple sessions, with one session per week. Individual registration is required for each session.
