About the Planning Your Best Life Workshop Series

This series is designed for people who want to learn how to proactively map out their aging plans and make transitions on their own terms. Workshop participants will be actively involved in applying a “travel planning approach” to tailor their choices to their own circumstances based on their preferences, values and unique risks or considerations.

Through presentations, self-reflection tools, resource materials and facilitated group conversations, participants will engage in a real-life problem-solving process, including exploring ideas, sharing lived experiences and discussing innovative solutions. Participants will be encouraged to think about their future and have fun exploring new ideas and options.

Important: This is a five-part series. You may attend one or more sessions (depending on preference and availability). Please note that separate registration is required for each individual session. These sessions are not recorded.
