About The Mindset Shift Learning Series

The Mindset Shift is a transformative three-part series where you will explore the link between how our brains work and the everyday habits we form. Learn how to change old habits and build new ones to help you successfully achieve the healthy lifestyle you seek. Each session enables  you to uncover the remarkable potential of the human brain and equip you with the mindset to make lasting positive changes in your life.

Gain the confidence to communicate what matters to you about aging and brain health. Participants will share their experiences and learn together with the ongoing support of the facilitators.

By attending all sessions and actively participating in this series, you will develop a deeper understanding of brain health and gain control over your own well-being. Whether you seek personal growth, have a desire to advocate for successful aging or crave more knowledge, The Mindset Shift series offers a unique opportunity to start a meaningful journey toward whole health wellness. Join us and empower yourself to make small changes that lead to lasting impact.

Important: This is a three-part series where participants may attend one or more sessions (depending on preference and availability). Please note that separate registration is required for each individual session. These sessions are not recorded.
